Returns Policy
We hope you love your Vesper purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we're here to help. Please follow the returns information below to send your item back to us.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 28 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in a fully saleable condition, unworn and unused, with all original tags attached.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund where an item does not meet our return criteria. Items returned worn, damaged, marked, altered or without the original tags attached may be rejected.
How will I receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved by our warehouse, your return will be processed and the retailer you purchased from will arrange your refund to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 working days from delivery to our warehouse for your return to be processed. Refund times may vary depending on the retailer and your original payment method.
How do I return an item?
You can return your order free of charge using the returns label provided.
Alternatively, you may arrange your return using a courier or postal provider of your choice at your own cost. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage and tracking information until your return has been processed.
Can I return multiple orders in one parcel?
No. Each order must be returned in its own parcel.
Please do not combine items from different orders into one parcel, as this may cause delays or prevent your return from being correctly identified and processed.
Multiple items from the same order may be returned together in one parcel.
When will I receive confirmation of my return?
Once your return has been processed at our warehouse, the return information will be updated with the retailer you purchased from.
Please allow up to 7 working days from delivery to our warehouse for your return to be processed.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact the customer service team of the retailer you purchased from in the first instance.
They will be able to assist with your order and advise you on the next steps.
What happens if I return an incorrect item?
Please ensure you only return Vesper items associated with your order.
If an incorrect item, an item from another brand or an item not associated with your order is sent to our warehouse, we will be unable to process the item as a return or issue a refund for it.
As we may not receive your contact details from the retailer you purchased from, we may be unable to contact you regarding an incorrect item received at our warehouse.
If you believe you have returned an incorrect item to us, please contact us as soon as possible at help@vsprofficial.com.
You will be responsible for arranging and covering the cost of collecting the incorrect item from our warehouse and returning it to yourself, the relevant retailer or brand.
Incorrect items cannot be held indefinitely. Items must be claimed and collection arranged within 28 days of receipt at our warehouse.
What happens if my return doesn't reach your warehouse?
If you use our provided returns label, please retain your proof of postage until your return has been processed.
If you choose to arrange your return using your own courier or postal provider, the return remains your responsibility until it is received at our warehouse. We strongly recommend using a tracked service and retaining your proof of postage and tracking information.
